I was searching the web for my dog Macho's favorite treats. I was thrilled to find them on Bones & Rattles. I placed an order for two flavors by the same brand AG Alchemy. Shortly after placing my order, I was contacted by Monica letting me know that one flavor was temporarily out of stock. She presented me with various options, including receiving another brand of treat at the same price. I didn't mind waiting until Macho's favorite flavor, Chicken and Waffles, was back in stock. I appreciated Monica's communication and effort to keep the customer informed and satisfied. As soon as both flavors of AG Alchemy were in stock, Monica shipped out the box. The packaging was secure, with special touches, such as tissue paper and a sticker. It was a positive shopping experience from start to finish. So glad I discovered this boutque!
